Travelator is a service operated by Enginuous Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. We help travel agents automate quotes, client CRM, and social media publishing.

3. Data We Collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and sign-in method (e.g. Google).
• Usage information — which tools or features you use and performance analytics.
• Client data — quotes, itineraries, client names, and trip details you enter into the system.
• Social account data — Instagram and Facebook account identifiers when connecting via our Facebook App.

4. Where Data Is Stored

Travelator does not host user data directly. All information is securely stored and processed using:

• Google Drive – for document and image storage.
• Make.com (Integromat) – for workflow automation and data routing between tools.
• n8n.io – for automation logic and integration between CRM, quotes, and social media APIs.

These services are GDPR-compliant and use encrypted connections for data transfer and storage.

5. Instagram and Facebook Permissions

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator Account through Travelator, we request access via our Facebook App with the following permissions:

• pages_show_list – to identify your linked Facebook Pages.
• instagram_basic – to read your account information.
• instagram_manage_comments – to respond to and moderate comments.
• instagram_manage_insights – to view engagement and reach analytics.
• instagram_content_publish – to schedule and publish posts.
• instagram_manage_messages – to reply to direct messages.
• instagram_branded_content_brand
• instagram_branded_content_creator
• instagram_branded_content_ads_brand
• instagram_manage_upcoming_events

We only use these permissions to automate content posting, insights reporting, and engagement management — on your behalf, never for advertising or resale.

6. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and improve Travelator’s automation features.
• To securely connect and manage your social media accounts.
• To generate quotes, social content, and CRM updates.
• To communicate with you about service updates or support.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Google, Make.com, and n8n.io (as processors, not controllers).
• Meta Platforms, Inc., for Instagram/Facebook integration.
• Legal authorities, if required by law.

8. Data Retention

Your information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us at support@travelator.io.

9. Your Rights

• Access and download your stored data.
• Request corrections or deletion.
• Withdraw consent for integrations or marketing emails.

All communication between your browser, Google Drive, Make, and n8n is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We apply the principle of least privilege — only the services needed to complete a workflow can access relevant data.
